You Can Help a Flood Victim Find a New Home!

Please Note: Timing is Important!

CPBR was asked by the Springfield Tech Center to help find a flood victim that would like to bid on this year’s home which the students builtView drawings

For the past 10 years the carpentry program at Springfield Tech has been building and selling homes. They build one house a year and this year they would like us REALTORS® to help get the word out and make this year’s home available to a flood victim. The home will be offered at the cost of materials, somewhere in the $25,000 to $28,000 range - a fantastic value and a great stride in competition since the home will be completely enclosed with windows, doors, shingled roof  and wired. In the event there is more than one interested party the home will go to bid. Bid sheets and specs

If you know of anyone that is rebuilding and would be interested please have them  contact Suzanne Garvey:  suzanne@vtprop.com, 802 236-4341 or Betty McEnaney:betty@gotvermont.com  228-2323

Timing is critical, there is not time to waste. Call for details.
